addiMaster Co., Ltd. has established a professional Flame Retardant & Smoke Suppressant Synthetic Material R&D Center and Application Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Laboratory") in Huangpu South China New Material Innovation Park, Guangzhou.

Overview of the Technology Center

Covering an area of 2,300 square meters, Guangzhou Laboratory is equipped with over 200 sets of advanced synthesis and testing equipment. It has a professional R&D team consisting of 53 technical personnel. The technology center comprises a Synthesis Laboratory, a Physical and Chemical Analysis Laboratory, a Flame Retardant & Smoke Suppressant Application Laboratory, and a Battery Application Laboratory.

Synthesis Laboratory

addiMaster has a team of professional synthesis technicians and a full-chain system covering product lab-scale trials, pilot-scale tests, and scale-up production. This enables us to provide customers with innovative flame retardants and battery additives.

Physical and Chemical Analysis Laboratory

Guangzhou Laboratory is equipped with a series of professional physical and chemical property analysis equipment, providing key technical support for customer-oriented testing, in-house analysis, and R&D innovation. Currently, the laboratory has introduced core equipment such as X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICP), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT-IR), Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), and Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TG). These devices enable comprehensive and accurate evaluation of materials' micro-morphology, elemental composition, compound structure, and key properties, offering reliable data support and technical guarantees for all stages of new material R&D.

Battery Application Laboratory

After years of repeated research on the entire process from paste mixing, plate coating, curing, assembly, formation to testing, we have established an accurate laboratory-scale lead-acid battery application testing system. In this process, we not only focus on macro-level processes and performance but also conduct in-depth analysis of the internal mechanisms of lead paste and plates. This provides an accurate data and theoretical support platform (covering both micro-level essence and macro-level performance) for our material R&D and customer technical service support.
In terms of battery application testing, we have a comprehensive testing platform that covers high-low temperature testing, high-current testing, cycle life testing, and electrochemical analysis.

Flame Retardant & Smoke Suppressant Application Laboratory

addiMaster's Flame Retardant & Smoke Suppressant Application Laboratory has built an integrated experimental capability of "sample preparation - performance testing". It can complete the entire process from sample preparation to comprehensive performance evaluation in-house, providing efficient technical support for the R&D and application of flame retardant and smoke suppressant materials.
